· If have currently applied with another lender and you supply us with a written, bonafide Good Faith Estimate from an approved, licensed Maryland lender, we will either meet or beat that loan offer or pay you $100 dollars just for your trouble. If we are able to meet it or beat it, we’ll refund your appraisal fee from the other lender. Either way you win!
